• Park Line Towers - A 6.5 Acre apartment complex in Kalispell, MT aimed at curbing the shortage of available housing within the area.

• Affinity at Kalispell - Completion planned for 2026. A 4 story 50 and older retired living center with over 400 units, and a complete 16 acre site package with complete utility and civil infrastructure. Total project value of 40 millions dollars.

• Northland - 5C - New 26 lot subdivision south of 4-mile drive. This project is one of the final lots to be improved in the area targeting  mid-range home affordability in the city of Kalispell limits. We provided a complete scope package for stripping to final landscape touches. Lots are currently available for purchase, please reach out to our team for pricing.

• Grouse Mountain Park - This project was a reconstruct of the existing parking area at the Grouse Mountain Park for the City of Whitefish. This included base section replacement, new paving/concrete, landscaping and a substantial irrigation and drainage improvement.

• Parkside Credit Union - This project included developing an empty lot, foundation preparation, underground utilities and a full sitework package for the bank chains new location in Columbia Falls, MT.

• Federal Highways Administration - We aided Brice Civil in gravel crushing and hauling for the North Fork of the Flathead River Resurfacing project put out by the US Department of Transportation.

• Sunrise Drive - A residential project located on Lion Mtn. Currently under construction to install a building site on the Northeast slope of Lion Mtn. The project will comprise of roughly 10,000 CY of fill derived from rock hammering, crushing and placing to establish the site. The project consists of a large shop and private residence.
